Chris was extremely helpful and looked at everything inside and out, while battling the rain. We are first time home buyers, his thorough report gave my wife and I all the information we could ever need. He walked us through the really important items and which items had lower priority. He also offers a great price! We highly recommend using Chris’s Inspection Services!
Very detailed in his inspection, and had some really cool modern equipment to ensure everything was inspected, from water behind the walls, to thermal imaging for gaps in insulations and hot spots of leaking air conditioning. He report was honestly the best. Super easy to navigate, and the use of his tabs helps to find items quickly. Highly recommend
