I recently had the pleasure of working with Brantley and Malachi from a plumbing company here in Austin. Brantley went the extra mile to check if my water heater was still under warranty, which helped me save on costs and really built my trust. Malachi showed up right on time, quickly figured out what was wrong with my water heater, and fixed it fast. when we moved into our new home in Austin, we had a pipe burst and needed a plumber fast. after checking out a few local plumbing companies online, we made a call and got a really friendly person on the phone who set up an appointment for the next day. the plumbers, randall and his partner, showed up right on time and were very professional. they replaced two sections of pipe and also fixed our toilet fill valve. they explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the repairs. they even gave us a guarantee on their work. we were really happy with how smooth everything went and would definitely recommend them to anyone in Austin who needs a good plumber.
We recently had a new septic system installed by this plumbing crew, and the experience was very good overall. The entire installation process went smoothly, and the pricing was fair for the work done. After a little while, we noticed that the dirt and sand around the tank had settled, leaving the tank a bit exposed. I reached out and spoke with Randall from the team about getting some more sand put on top. Even though it took a few weeks for them to come back out due to their busy schedule and some rainy weather, they made sure to follow up and get the job finished right.
