I have been regularly attending Chalk Training small group classes for nearly 3 years now - wow, how time has flown by! Besides the amazing, and professional, trainers they have on staff, the community that has been built is second to none! I have lost and kept off 10% of my body fat, gained and kept on muscle, which is integral to longevity for women, and I’ve made amazing, lifelong friends and work-out partners along the way. I can truly say, don’t be afraid; everyone at Chalk Training is kind and supportive. I look forward to going to class every single time, and am encouraged to give it my all - without fear of pressure or failure. I highly recommend Chalk Training for anyone who wants to get stronger and healthier while being trained by experienced coaches in small class settings (no more than 8 people!). The community is great
I am so glad to be a member of CHALK! I have had some injuries and needed help with function and form to gain mobility and strength. Crystal Heinatz is excellent in not just her critic but her kind delivery of feedback. The workouts are challenging and fun and the culture is so not like a gym but more like a family. I have relied on CHALK to keep me sane during this crazy time both for fitness/ stress relief but also great social support.
