Due to some medical challenges, my 73 year old Mom's car had been sitting up, un-driven for six months. It was completely filthy inside and out. I brought car to Cesar's in Tarrytown and afterwards all we could say was WOW!! The car was show room ready!! Excellent service. Excellent pricing. I mean the quality of work and customer service was absolutely outstanding.
I'm reading the other reviews, and, yes, I agree that it is a little hard to get in if you aren't a member. You have to text Ceasar himself. It took a couple of days, and I even dropped by to get his number, but once I did get in, I got a full detail, and my old car looks spotless, beautiful, and shiny shiny shiny! I love it. I'm tempted to become a member -- they clean your car every two weeks and you get priority over lazy one-offs like me -- but I had to look deep into my heart and decide: hey, am I the kind of snappy person who takes their car in to be cleaned every two weeks? or am I the kind of loser who waits eight months until the sap and dirt and crud is thick and the inside smells old coffee? Well, I have dreams of being a better person, but let's face it, who wants to spend their time dropping off their every two weeks? I have bigger dreams.
I used the valet service, so my car was picked up and delivered back to me. The attendant arrived early and was to have my car back in 2 1/2 hours. He brought my car back in about an hour. Not a good sign when I was able to spot major dirt (mud) around the trunk, and a few dirt spots on the hood. He cleaned some of it, along with some other spots on the car that had been missed. The interior was clean but all the windows had smudges around the edges, some of which he removed. The carpet still had some spots which I later removed myself. The beverage holder had an oily residue and when I wiped it out, there was a filthy residue on the cloth. It looked as though it was spritzed and not wiped out. Apparently, they ran it through, but did not check to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned. So my car was okay clean, but with poor attention to detail. The attendant had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed that I asked him to attend to the omissions. For the cost I assumed I would not have to finish the job myself. I will not be returning.
