I have used Cathy's a few times for basic dry cleaning and once for a formal gown. They have always been able to provide next day pick up, complete the service as described and have competitive prices. A few times when I've had a very stained item, they have encouraged me to gently wash the garment at home first and then bring back if I had no luck (I'm not a fan of dry clean chemicals) and most times- I've been able to clean it myself. Overall I've been satisfied and would use them again.

Excellent experience! I just returned from a trip overseas and needed clean clothes in 24-hours as I was traveling again the following morning. After contacting several other cleaners, Cathy's cleaners was the only cleaners that was able to get the laundry done prior to my departure. When I dropped of the clothes the staff was extremely friendly and offered local tourist recommendations. The following day, the staff brought my clothes to the hotel to ensure I had them prior to my departure! Again, excellent experience - the staff went above and beyond! If I visit Austin in the future, I will definitely be using Cathy's Cleaners!Service: Laundry wash & fold

Kathy with a K is the girl at the front and she's amazing and she's shown me options that we're far cheaper than other places and I go here pretty much exclusively for my dry cleaning
