I personally love their doctors. But their staff will change your appointment last minute/day to wan earlier time knowing u can’t make it and for a reason the apt was scheduled with time. My child’s doctor even said to still show up at my time and tell them to go get her to approve apt. And the girls in the front never gave that right. They scheduled another apt and did the same thing all over again. Now my daughter is behind shots and medical apts there for I will be taking All my children elsewhere.

‼️Referrals take about 2 week
( Even important referrals such as cardiology, Sometimes the referral are sent to non pediatric physicians and the referral has to be redone for a pediatrician)

‼️ A appointment can take about 3 hours or more
(The staff have no regard for your time)

‼️ Over the phone staff are very rude

‼️ The lady that does a Lab blood work at the Riverside location is very rude.
( If you don’t like children you should not work in a Pediatric setting)

My children have been coming to carousel pediatrics for over 10 years. The past three years have really declined. From staff barely able to speak English...read full review

Worst place to take your kids. I don’t recommend this place. Took my son we were in the back for about an hour and a half until we seen a doctor. Son had an appointment at 1:50 pm didn’t leave that place until 6pm
