I love Capital Medical Clinic. My doctor, Anna Buteau, is very knowledgeable, willing to spend as much time as I need to answer my questions, and always takes the time to ask about my life. The people who staff the front desk are efficient, polite, and helpful. The lab techs are also efficient, polite, and good at what they do. I love this medical practice. Could not be happier.

I love my doctor at CMC however I called to schedule a sick visit and she's booked TWO WEEKS OUT. I was given the option to book with a PA but one of them is incompetent and I didn't want to risk it. I have been going to my doc for over 5 years... what happened to same day or next day sick visits?

Went in to provide blood for labs for my annual physical. As usual, very efficient. I was in and out in ~10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks. Paul

Finally found a full service office in Austin!Caring staff including my doctor, Aaron Maxwell,MD. Love the new building & being able to do Lab work on same floor.Highly recommend CMC!

I had an appointment today with Dr. At Capital Medical Clinic. Was very impressed with Dr. Susan Cobb. She was very caring, very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all questions and researched everything. She took time to listen and was very concerned. Her nurse, Emily was exceptional. Had a great personality. my office visit was so nice. Barbara D.

CMC support staff is very efficient and communicate clearly and timely. My Dr is a a good listener and responds clearly in understandable language and we have jointly developed a long term medical strategy. I totally trust her with my healthcare.

Excellent sevice from the minute we entered the office until we walked out after appointment. The staff was efficient as always and cheerful. We noticed staff helping and troubleshooting with not only patients but each other as well! We absolutely love Dr Klosec- he is patient warm and kind not to mention very professional and knowledgeable. He continues to check in and ask our thoughts/needs throughout the vidit.

Outstanding group of internal medicine doctors. I've been going to Dr. laViolette for 6 years and appreciate her wonderful demeanor, kindness, compassion and the time she takes with her patients. I wish everyone could have this type of care. The offices are new, very conveniently located near Seton, with excellent parking. Staff also outstanding.

I like my doctor and I like the new modern clean office. What I don't agree with is having to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time and having to pay for parking. I see another doctor in a different specialty practice in the same new building and they validate my parking. Why won't Capital Medical Clinic validate patient parking? Come on doctors. It also seems very coincidental that after using the garage pay station which is located right outside the garage and only accepts payment by credit/debit card, my credit card was compromised. The pay station is situated in an unattended outdoor location. It was acting odd the day I had to pay. Would not have to worry about my credit card being compromised if the clinic would validate patient parking. Can I get an hour waived for being required to arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule? Dont punish patients for ridiculous policies that make them fork out more of their own monies. Tell the company who operates that garage to put the pay station inside the building for better security from tampering.

The annual check-ups are fine, but I am never able to get medical help here when I'm actually sick and need it. I've been sick for the last several days and can't get even a telemedicine appointment.
