Strand Brothers has been my provider of HVAC services and products for 15+ years. I continue to value the consistency of their service. I have and have had no reason to look elsewhere.

It was an issue of poor communication with no bad intent. After reading my review the tech contactede to try and resolve my complaint. The manager also contacted me to try to resolve it. They were both very nice. I explained I think there should be better training on presenting the information so this doesn't happen again. In the end I decided to keep the lease and I appreciate them trying to fix the problem.

Strand Brother's technicians, Benjamin and Aaron just completed our semi-annual HVAC checkup to get us ready for the Texas Summer. These two guys were great ... on time ... courteous ... offered professional suggestions and had our systems humming efficiently.
