I've used Bluebonnet Riverside for 4 years since I moved to Austin and they've taken great care of my elderly golden retriever. They are always extremely upfront about costs and there are no surprises, the care is always top notch, and their availability and responsiveness is appreciated. The doctors always follow up on appointments as well so I'm never left wondering what the results of tests were.
I have always been hesitant with vet clinics as i have had extremely negative experiences in the past but this one is now my go to! The staff was very knowledgeable! Took my kitty in for behavioral related inappropriate urinating issues and Doctor Tutchton was so friendly and we sat and talked for a long time over different root causes and different remedies. Vet tech Jayda was also so helpful and sweet. There was zero shaming for my ongoing issue only open hearts. I am a little bit tighter on funds and she was so understanding we went over different options and made me feel comfortable and heard. Came home feeling hopeful about my issue and with a game plan.
