This is the best car wash place around. I love Tommy's I just re-upped for another month of washing my car as many times as I want and the gentleman at this location. He was so nice and so helpful and he welcomed me back. It's great to know that there are businesses in the Austin area that really appreciate your business and I get a military discount and I really appreciate all businesses that offer us military vets a discount of any kind. Like I said this is a wonderful car wash. My car is always super clean and they have a nice outside Bay with vacuums and towels to dry off the water spots. While on my way from Rockwall to Steiner Ranch to visit my son and grandchildren, I decided to stop by this car wash because my car was really dirty from the long drive. The blonde girl Angela was fabulous and helpful on every level. She even thanked me for choosing them. A++ I'll be back on my next visit.

I had a long day of approx 700 miles of traveling. Stop to put vehicle in park and felt shifter go sloppy. Shifter cable problems. Note im traveling from Arizona. I have zero experience with who to call. Googled nearest tow service. There were 3. The first one I called couldn't get to me for several hours. He recommended Tommy's Towing. And boy I'm glad he did. Driver(George) showed up in about 15 minutes. Great guy , jumped right on it. Lifted van up crawled under it and said I think we could put temp fix to it so you can get it to mechanic tomorrow. We still towed it to house before we tried the temp fix.
