After getting a new contacts prescription, my reading glasses were not working. Everything was blurry, and it was making me crazy, not to mention giving me headaches. I was able to quickly get an appointment, and not only did Dr. Ramp help me get the right reader glasses strength, he also explained why the higher magnification was causing my trouble. On top of that, he didn’t even charge me for the visit. Excellent customer service.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Ramp, and overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Ramp was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam. The technician who assisted me at the beginning was also polite and helpful, making the initial process smooth.
I did have to wait a bit in the exam room before seeing the doctor, but it wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in a rush.
The only downside was the front desk experience. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away, leaving me standing there for a while. A more welcoming approach would have made the visit even better.
