I had an eye exam with Dr. Ramp, and overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Ramp was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam. The technician who assisted me at the beginning was also polite and helpful, making the initial process smooth.
I did have to wait a bit in the exam room before seeing the doctor, but it wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in a rush.
The only downside was the front desk experience. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away, leaving me standing there for a while. A more welcoming approach would have made the visit even better.

He went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect contact lens prescription and the most comfortable brand for my eyes. I thought I needed readers, but actually, I was just over-prescribed on my lenses. His dedication to patient care really stood out, and I appreciate his thorough approach. Highly recommend Dr. Ramp to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate optometrist!
