Years ago Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Hudson were my boys pediatricians. They took great care of us. Most amazing was that while the boys were still young we moved to Florida. I was not happy with my pediatrician in Florida and Bee Cave allowed me to still call the nurse line and get help and recommendations for treatment. And I was not compensating them...amazing! Today I called with a specific medical history question - concerning 20 years ago. Guess what? They answered the phone call in 2 rings WITH a real person. I have three kids in high school now who have all been going to Bee Caves Pediatrics (Dr Grier) since they were born. They've always gotten us in quickly when they are sick, and have helped with insurance, school notes, physicals and referrals for specialist care when required. Professional, caring and everything you'd want from a pediatrics office. Highly recommend.
Quality of care and knowledge is good ! They give enough time and lend an ear during sick appointments. Happy with this group ! Tip: Same day sick appointments may be hard to come by, so call to schedule as soon as you can.
