The team at Be Bug Free assisted with removal of rats that had chewed into the house I rent. Ali was always on time, professional and took the time to explain the removal process. They quickly eradicated the rat problem at my rental.
Erik was AMAZING! He came out this morning to tackle our ant infestation and did a fantastic job! He sprayed very thoroughly, found the mound and got rid of it , kinda educated me a little bit about ants and what attracts them and why they were coming in , and reassured me that it wasn’t anything that I was doing that brought the ants in my home . He was very compassionate and very understanding and he even went as far as removing a small wasp nest for us that was on our window that we originally got quoted $250 for ?
