There is a lot of road way construction and I had some car trouble on the frontage road of 35 near riverside after dinner 10 pm (ish)

I saw what I thought was a security car with the flashing lights but it was a worker making sure I was able to get off the road safely. Thanks for the courtesy Cesar (I didn’t get his last name) we appreciate your hard work.
