The team was responsive and professional! It was very easy to schedule the cleaning; I filled out the online form on Friday, and they made it out on the following Monday. John did a great job; he placed guards around corners to keep the equipment from damaging any walls, and made our dusty carpets smell fresh again! The cleaning occurred during a very rainy week, so with the high humidity, it took a day or so for the carpets to dry out completely (without a dry-vac pass), which we expected. Daniel was also very helpful when I asked questions and offered great advice on how to take care of our carpets!

Daniel and John were awesome. They definitely take pride in their work. My travertine looks gorgeous. They were very fair in pricing and made sure we were totally happy before we paid.
