We have worked with Lacey three different times over the past 2 years. She is wonderful : patient, a good listener regarding our needs, and creative in the options she presented. Very friendly and personable too. We are thrilled with our newest woven shades! They transformed a game room ( with 8 windows) are well worth the investment. Chris was efficient and skilled during the installation. Austintatious runs a very customer-friendly business that is professional and attentive. I am so happy I found them.
We recently had to have our blinds repaired that are no longer under warranty and no longer in stock! The team was very pleasant and was able to fix them for us. I inquired about some new parts that I wanted to replace. Collin graciously got in touch with the warehouse and got me the parts I needed free of charge. I did not ask him to do this I only inquired about how much they would cost. I thought that was excellent customer service on their part!
We had a malfunction with one of our motorized shades and I called Austintatious. Collin walked we through getting the shade down for delivery to the showroom for repair. That repair was completed within 3 days at a fair price. Excellent service!
