I can’t sing Austintatious’ praise enough. I recently purchased a home with motorized blinds and the main one in my bedroom (which faced the front of the house) ended up with a drained battery and stuck in the open position. The previous owners did not leave the charger which sent me on a wild good chase of calling/emailing the manufacturer and various local authorized dealers. They all pointed at eachother, EXCEPT Austintatious who ended up researching what I needed and sourcing it for me. We have worked with Lacey three different times over the past 2 years. She is wonderful : patient, a good listener regarding our needs, and creative in the options she presented. Very friendly and personable too. We are thrilled with our newest woven shades! They transformed a game room ( with 8 windows) are well worth the investment. Chris was efficient and skilled during the installation. Austintatious runs a very customer-friendly business that is professional and attentive. I am so happy I found them.
