We recently had to have our blinds repaired that are no longer under warranty and no longer in stock! The team was very pleasant and was able to fix them for us. I inquired about some new parts that I wanted to replace. Collin graciously got in touch with the warehouse and got me the parts I needed free of charge. I did not ask him to do this I only inquired about how much they would cost. I thought that was excellent customer service on their part!
