I really appreciate that Dr Shepherd listens and answers questions with professional ease. His staff is always very helpful and professional. I will always suggest this office to anyone looking for an optometrist.
I would highly recommend them. As a person who is uncomfortable when visiting doctors I was put at ease right away upon walking into office. Staff and doctors were wonderful and caring. Appointment was on time.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and shown excellent customer service, extreme knowledge and a sincere joy in helping to exceed any and all expectation's.
