ASF has a great group of trainers who truly care about your fitness goals. The gym has a nice mix of energy and family vibe. ASF's programming provides me with a consistent and deliberate emphasis on developing my core, back, and glutes to support and improve my overall flexibility, balance and strength goals.
I’ve loved my experience at ASF thus far. For someone who is a novice to strength training, the space has been welcoming and very accessible. I’ve been working with Nick, who is great! He is knowledgeable, consistently explains what each exercise is for and why it’s important and has been so flexible with my schedule. He takes time to send helpful reading and video resources outside of our sessions for my questions as well!
Nick is not just a world-class athlete and trainer. He is a grounded, uplifting force who will inspire you to better yourself. I came to him with no background in weight training, burnt out on HIIT classes and Pilates classes where instructors are mic’d and the music is loud. I was feeling lost in my fitness journey and like I wanted someone to talk to about my progress or what I was stuck on (like stubborn belly fat and weak ankles).
