Customers report very professional and convenient communication. One had repairs done on a roof and is now ready to get floor repairs done. Another was very pleased with gutter repairs; the crew was professional, friendly, and the work was completed to a high standard. A customer shared that one team member has been excellent to work with, thoughtful in how he approaches any roofing issue, and won’t try to upsell an entirely new roof if basic repairs are needed. In an industry where it seems like every roofer wants a roof replaced, these guys are worth calling first.

Another had a leak in a roof that needed repairing. As soon as they reached out, the team was quick and very easy to work with. The source of the leak was diagnosed and the team went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed. Another was very happy with work on a house’s roof. From the assessment of preventive maintenance on a steel roof through the bid and work process, it was seamless. The team was friendly yet professional, fully explained any potential issues that needed preventive work, and made no attempt to upsell.
