Shae is a natural healer, and she has taken that gift and expanded her knowledge and training. She has helped me with low back pain and tight shoulders. Plus the spa is so calm and relaxing.
It’s a really calm and comfortable atmosphere. Shae explained everything she was doing, the hows and whys the treatment will help. I left feeling good about the treatment and the experience. I’m optimistic about the treatment, time will tell how the healing goes.
Shae is absolutely incredible! I’ve been to see her several times now for massages and cryo, and she is always so professional and welcoming. She truly knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door.
On my last visit, I tried out her pelvic floor treatments. We started with the XSculpt chair for 15 minutes. Those electronic pulses really force the muscles to work! We followed that up with a 25-minute PEMF session, and that was the real game-changer. It felt like it hit everything from front to back. Even with the intensity up high, it felt great.
