Austin Options does not understand Texas Property Law or care to abide by it. They will steal your deposit even if your unit is returned in pristine condition. I sought formal legal consult for this issue and demonstrated legal grounds to them in good faith that they were not abiding by the lease contract and illegally withholding my deposit. Austin Options didn't care abut the law or about stealing from me (a student) and made that clear on numerous occasions. Furthermore, their property had serious drainage and pest issues. I wouldn't recommend living here or entering into any type of lease agreement with Austin Options.

This company has internal issues and the staff are not trust worthy the owner is rude and u a cheat can wait to meet her In court. Save urself problem and stay away from this company oryku will have to get a attorney like me hopefully after this they do better but rose I will get my day in court and you will pay me correctly like I agreed to get paid not how u feel

They will act like they have your best interests in mind, then they will add charges to your account that are in fact illegal. I lost my key and the manager acted like she was doing me a favor by driving over and opening the door for me, and then tried to charge me $100 extra when I was told by the same person I wouldn’t have to pay anything. I have had to call a lawyer to deal with this management company. They are extremely shady, liars, and will steal money from you. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
