Mandi was awesome. I went in for a torn achilles and was pretty stressed, but she made me feel much better about the future outlook. She explained everything great, and went out of her way to get me surgery scheduled the next day. The technician and the scheduler were also extremely helpful. Dr. Crawford did my surgery and explained everything very well, and even started my surgery early! Highly recommend this facility to anybody.
Dr. Crawford, Mandy, and the entire staff are professional and friendly. I had some issues with insurance and they were able to help me navigate that. The surgery went off without a hitch. The facility they use at St David’s Surgical center is amazing. We will definitely use them for all of our orthopedic needs.
Update: Three months post partial knee replacement surgery and I was able to visit the Crystal caves in Bermuda. 81 steps down and 81 steps up all with no pain. My entire experience with Dr Crawford, his staff and the St David's surgical facility has been outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend.
