A good ol classic haircut is hard to come by in austin without paying so much! This place offers a great price and even better customer service. No fuss. Lisa made my haircut seemless, made sure I like something before moving on. Did everything correctly, and before I knew it, it was over. Great conversation as well.

Went in for just a haircut and was very happy with it. The stylists here always do an amazing job on my very curly head of hair. I will definitely be going back when I need another one! Jennie and Lisa have cut my hair so I would recommend them if you decide to go!

I’ve given this salon many chances, every time I go in they have some sort of issue. Last time computer issues. But on this occasion and others I have not left with a haircut I was happy with. I’ve called it out said what I wanted but when I get home I see what they did I’ve got to fix the lines cause they aren’t straight or they miss something I can’t see. For $30 I can go to a different business and get a cut and wash with no one watching a clock or complaining or something broken. Sadly this isn’t a welcoming environment I will not be returning. The lady that’s always calling the shots at the checkout counter really shouldn’t be there. Oh and BTW if you write down someone’s credit card number on a piece of paper, don’t just crumple it up and throw it in the trash when you’re done. (And yes I watched you do this). Best of luck to this company, but never again with my hair.
If you look at other reviews, getting a haircut you will like isn’t their concern, but watching the clock they have to an art form.
