My appointment was "cancelled " that is rescheduled for 5 weeks later. Guess what! Five weeks later I get a call to reschedule that appointment, too. I'm no expert, but I think that's a really bad way to run a doctor's office. I know I was very frustrated. Haven't had my Colonoscopy /endoscopy yet so no review of treatment.
Hated having to break in a new gastroenterologist after finding out that Dr. Willeford had retired, but my experience today was fantastic. The new facilities on Shoal Creek are beautiful. All front desk staff and scheduling staff were friendly and professional. I also loved meeting Harry Thomas and look forward to him being my new gastroenterologist.
I actually hate seeing doctors. I don't typically leave five star reviews because frankly I hate everyone and everything, but I logged into yelp today specifically because Dr. Stassen deserved a fist bump. When my medical tests showed that I had a fatty liver, I was totally prepared to have to defend the shape of my body lest I be fat shamed or dismissed again. I came to my follow up appointment armed to the teeth with Fitbit information on my eating and exercise habits, but Dt.
