I had a wonderful first touch experience even before I walked in the door. Katie helped me navigate a less than pleasant insurance maze and walked me through all the costs associated with treatment. When all you want to do is talk about a path to recovery, it’s nice to have someone to help you understand the costs in a straightforward way. Dr. Swanson, Katie, and Jada were incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They were excited about introducing me to Soft Wave Therapy. We discussed several problem areas, and they quickly identified the most effective starting point for my recent acute injury. This therapy uses soft electric percussive pulses, and the session began as a gentle exploration of my upper shoulder, which gradually increased in intensity. I noticed immediate results as my arm flushed with blood flow. I’m eager to try this therapy again in the future and have scheduled a return very soon.
