I had an amazing experience with Austin Alterations and can’t recommend them enough!
A UK dress company sent me the wrong bridesmaid dress THREE different times, and by the time the last incorrect dress arrived, I had very little time to get it altered. The dress was about three sizes too big, and I needed it done in less than 36 hours. I first went to Ace Tailors, and they told me it couldn’t be done—which sent me into full panic mode.
That’s when I called Austin Alterations and spoke with Lisa. She immediately told me to come in and said she’d see what she could do. From the moment I walked in, she was so calm, kind, and reassuring.

Lisa and her team goes above and beyond. I recently took in a jacket for some alterations and although it turned out to be more work than she expected, she honored her original quote and still finished the job when she said she would. Aside from her skilled talents, Lisa is very funny and witty, she always makes me laugh which is why I will keep coming!

Lisa is so knowledgeable and honest. Her and her team are super welcoming, and I appreciated how accommodating they were when I asked for a 2 day turnaround. I will definitely be back.
