Have had their cleaning service for a while. They often miss things. They came out yesterday and this is some of what was left behind on the bathroom and living room floors. When I called them they offered to send a crew back out but I've already cleaned the floors myself. Having to clean less than 24 hours later after a $250 cleaning service. They offered no other resolution or apology.

Sunn was scheduled on 7/9/22 in the morning, they did not show up until after 1:30, and only got 4-5 ground-level windows done in 3.5 hours. When I went put to check on the guys, they were standing around talking, hence the only a few windows in 3.5 hours, there were 5 guys on the crew. I never actually saw them work. I had to leave at 5 pm so Jimmy said they would go back out on Saturday, July 9th after the big job they have that morning but he never called me to meet. I eventually called the office and asked them to go put the screens back on the windows just in case. They went out there without calling me. The ladies that cleaned our home did a fantastic job and everything sparkled.
