I spoke to Lee about getting a tattoo finished up, and he was immediately welcoming and eager to help. He explained everything very well, and when he couldn't solve the issue on his own, he gave me the owner's number to contact, who was also very understanding. I get my tattoo fixed up on Monday for the price I was looking for, thanks to these two. Very understanding and genuine people with excellent customer service and a heart for their customers. Extremely satisfied with my experience and would return here again if I chose to get another tattoo.
I haven't had anything done at this location (yet), but Fatboi (Ernest) was so dang friendly and personable my mom might get something here in the future. We came in tonight for ear piercings before realizing they didn't have a piercer here.. he chatted with us for a while, answered a lot of newbie questions, and pointed us to the right location for our piercings. Much appreciated :)
Torrey was amazing. She was professional, clean, and thorough. Price point was fair given her technique, materials, and just the overall experience. Would definitely come back to her for another piece.
