Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. He checked the balance of the unit and the fan to ensure they were up to standards. I had a bad experience with A-Plus AC, so I called Atlas AC for a second opinion. I initially spoke to Pete and explained the issues I had with A-Plus and the urgency. He got a technician onsite within about 2 hous of our conversation. Jorge was great to work with and was very thorough. Time was critical because temperatures were hitting 100 and the AC was completely down. The r-410b condenser I needed was no longer being manufactured so Jorge had to make a bunch of calls to locate a replacement unit and quickly pull a crew together to install it. The best part is they charged 45% less than the A-Plus quote. I highly reccomend Jorge and Atlas AC. Thumbs up to Pete... read full review
