Took nearly 2 hours to get in and out of here to get my toddler allergy testing. They scheduled us for 12:40, we arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. A parent with a toddler comes in after us and checks in for their 12:30 appointment with the same doctor. They get called in at 12:45. We wait in the very much not kid friendly waiting room. Nobody acknowledges the scheduling error. 30 minutes later we are called in. She’s getting antsy and I’m fighting for my life to keep her happy until they finally give her the puncture test. We finally leave at 1:55 and I realize they chose to send our prescription to a pharmacy of their choosing instead of ours near our house that has a drive through, which after all this waiting my toddler now has to take her mid day nap in the car. So I will have to drive back to bee cave later to get it. Also good luck getting them on the phone if you have any questions. They don’t answer it. So I had to go back in to check about the prescription and they wouldn’t change it to my pharmacy. The poor scheduling and not hearing what pharmacy I use after I corrected the nurse twice has made this doctor appointment take up my entire day.

Deterred me from being seen today. I have Medicaid and wouldn’t see if for the express care/urgent care even as a walk in unless I changed the doctor to my PCP. I already have a PCP just nothing available for days and I need to be seen sooner. I have never heard of this in my life. This urgent care is basically forcing me to go to the emergency room. Literally turned me away gave me no other choice but to add this doctor Dr Matthew Bartow. It’s just wrong crazy to think you’d try and walk in and be turned away. So disappointing do better.

I never knew about this Westlake Express Care. I'm surprised that the staff, nurse and doctors are very friendly with lot of smile face when greeting to every patient's needs. Very kind and respect and listening with their honesty. I would go back again in the future. Thank you for your beautiful generous and kind.

Checking was efficient and prompt. Maybe bc of my diagnosis but I have never experienced a major sciatica episode. Basically I learned there is nothing to be done but endure the immense pain through from start to finish. The PAs were not helpful, slight rude and impatient. I didn't appreciate the attitude.
