Beware: ARS installed a water heater in our house with a faulty temperature control valve in 2022. When we called, the woman answering the phone was rude and won't even discuss warranty information. "I don't make the rules" was her response. They intentionally install faulty equipment that damages your house and refuse to honor or even discuss their warranties.
We aim to seek legal recourse for the water damage done by the faulty valve, as well as breach of contract for their refusal to honor the warranty.

Service technician was very, very good. Scheduling was at most a two star. I was never reminded that I needed to schedule my semi-annual service. I never got a reminder email or phone call reminding me of my upcoming service. I never received a warning that my service tech was running late. Also, ARS cancelled my service call twice prior on the day it was to take place.
