I was in the plaza and saw this salon. I walked in, was greeted, and invited in as if I was a regular customer. I needed a taper on my pixie and was immediately offered a next up appointment. I was seated in the serving area and was immediately welcomed by the staff and its patrons. Everyone was operating with care. All hair types were being serviced. I was up next with Mrs. Ann. She asked if I had a reference picture for what I was looking to do. I didn't, and just explained what I needed. She got right to it!!!! Beyond pleased with my service and knowing I would be back!!! If you live in/near Austin and you haven’t been here, you are doing yourself a disservice. I’ve patronized this salon consistently the 5yrs I lived there and a few since moving away. I must say I am never disappointed.
Ms Ann & crew are very professional and welcoming. They make you feel like part of the family. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I recently went back and had the pleasure of working with a new stylists. Im just gonna say, Ms Ann has done a great job teaching and mentoring this younger generation… She (KeKe) is gooood.
