Very easy to work with and the terms I was able to secure were good as well. Personally, I'm using this as a bridge loan in an effort to keep the extra fees and assessments that the appraisal districts charge from accruing. I find that in that function it is very beneficial. If needed, I will certainly use them again in the future!
Everyone at AFIC is kind, professional and great to do business with.
