I have a “bald” spot already. It’s been 3 hours. This as my first time ever getting extensions, I expressed that and the lash tech went through my options I showed her pictures of a look I wanted and we picked a length. All is well we finish up, they don’t look like the brochure picture or the picture that I presented. Okay. Not what I wanted but they look good on my face and I wasn’t quite sure what was going on anyways.I go to check out and i stand there for several minutes while the receptionist figures out something but she did not acknowledge me until done with the conversation With the manager/owner? I'm a customer forever!! I'm in love with my lashes and the service that I get from the front desk! They are knowledgeable and very eager to accommodate whatever I need! They always have the best music and the lash techs really know what they're doing!!

I was getting my lashes done this passed week, and I Hear the girls in the room next door talking about how bad management is and how they all work across the street because they get little hours. They're all going to quit together they don't get paid enough and the girl that was doing my lashes was telling me horrible stories It was awful listening to them talk so bad about their job. I always have problems when I come there as well getting charged for them to wash my lashes that should just be part of the service, I'm always getting my appointment moved.
