Alamo Austin Air Conditioning has been my go to company for anything that my home warranty cannot fix or cover and I use their preventative packages almost every year for the past 7 years. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Ended up having to replace my mini split that was near end of life. As expected, the team at Alamo Austin did a stellar job from assessing my issue, helping me weigh my options, and ultimately replacing my unit. Chris and Angel were friendly, methodical, paid close attention to detail, and did high quality work. Ivan was very professional and timely. Didn’t try to upsell or mislead me about the broken motor in my furnace. We went online together to review options for replacing the motor and based on his consulting, we came to a mutual decision. I’m telling you, please use Alamo Air for your heating and AC services. They will not bring a trained salesperson that waits in the van like Radiant did to me last summer. Plus, they were easy to communicate with and very responsive and I had a new motor within 24 hours.
