Actual worst company on the planet. Never showed up during their delivery window, was lied to and told they were on their way after the delivery window, waited 8 hours and they never showed up. Then they showed up at the crack of dawn the next day unannounced, I asked them to leave the large heavy boxes on my deck and they instead left them on my grass destroying my grass. Oh yea and the kicker is that the biggest part of the order - my sofa? Yea they just didn’t even deliver it and I haven’t been able to get ahold of them. Even their partner World Market says they can’t get ahold of them it’s absolutely insane

For delivery drivers, it's bad to come here for any pickup or drop-off service. The people who work here simply don't care. They just leave you waiting and do nothing. If you come here, charge more or don't come because you will waste your time.

#1. They don’t answer phone. #2. They give tracking number that is worthless, leaving no way to track shipment. #3. They send you emails which lists facilities (sorting, distribution, post office, “in transit”, whatever), but never mentions city or even state. My shipment showed in transit for days, then reach a sorting facility. No indication whether it’s the Dallas, New York, or Hong Kong, China sorting facility. Simply add the city as an informative data point, please.
