Patrick came out for a free estimate on the belly in our sewer line that our inspector reported when we bought our house. He was very kind and professional, and while he gave us an estimate that was several thousand dollars less than the one we got from a different plumber, he didn’t pressure us at all to go ahead and commit to a service appointment. He advised that since we weren’t experiencing any issues actively that it wasn’t urgent, and explained what they would do with a new pipe to resolve the belly issue, should it become a problem.
He even gave us a new cap that would pop up if there was a backup, so that we could catch it and get the pipe replaced... read full review
Accurate has been one at the top of the list from there time I first had them come out. I was having to get work done under the house after foundation work and didn't want the repair going thru the floor. I dealt with friendly, knowledgeable and professional workers from start to finish. If you're looking for an A-1 company, look no further.
My expectation was that Accurate Leak and Line would perform all required services as a one-stop shop i.e., tunneling and plumbing. In addition to tunneling and pipe repair, my drainage system also required hydro-jetting, and Accurate Leak and Line doesn't perform hydro-jetting, so I had to schedule another plumber separately. Regarding service performance, all plumbers and tunnellers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A recommendation is that Accurate Leak and Line provide their plumbers with tarps to cover and protect flooring when working inside. I had tarps for their use, but Accurate Leak and Line should provide those to protect customer flooring.
