We were fortunate to stumble upon AC Pros when we purchased our Austin home in 2016. AC Pros is a local company and they are owned and run by local resident Noah Franklin, so they have a vested interest in making customers happy. AC is a necessity here in central Texas and AC Pros is responsive, they do quality work and install quality products. They are clean and punctual, and don't gouge you on the price. They offer annual maintenance plans that are reasonably priced and insure that you will get service quickly should you need it. Highly recommend Noah and his knowledgeable crew!
We've had a new Amana AC system installed last year and have been very impressed with the professional, customer-oriented and timely service provided by AC Pros, in addition to the high quality of the products they sell. I highly recommend AC Pros.
We've had AC Pros since June of 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent in all regards. Their entire team (from technicians to office/scheduling staff) is top notch and exceed expectations in the area of white glove customer service. We've had a few issues with our air conditioning/heating and they are always easy to get a hold of and very quick to come out. They are so accommodating and will make every attempt to squeeze you in same day. Lisa whom I've dealt with in scheduling/office is the absolute sweetest most competent woman.
