My air conditioner was working extra hard and I wasn't sure why or what was going on so scheduled a maintenance. Freddy showed up, on time, and was very pleasant. He walked me though every step and was very calm and knowledgeable. I recommend Freddy again!
I have to say from my first contact with the company through the customer service representative Tinasha to my appointment with David. Abacus is a first rate company. Tina's, made me feel like family even though we have never met. She told me she was going to take care of me and she did. When David first called I was at the tire shop and not home. He offered to go grab some lunch to give me time to get home to meet him which I really appreciated. He called me after his lunch and asked if I was ready I told him I was. David, explained things so well to a non technical non mechanical person like myself it was easy to understand what he was doing. I know alot more about... read full review

Braxton, an Abacus technician, did a well-check on the A/C today. He thoroughly examined everything and explained each part of the process along the way. Braxton provided valuable information and top quality service!!
Abacus installed a new HVAC system in my home on March 16, 2024.
On Friday April 5, 2024, I emailed Abacus customer service about a couple minor concerns I had. They responded promptly, and sent a crew the following Monday.
