My wife and I have now used AAA Auger three times in the last 4 or 5 years, and all three times have been pleasant experiences. First off, I like that they don't charge you just for an estimate. Their prices are reasonable anyway, and we've never had any surprise charges at the end. Most importantly, the fixes that they do stay fixed. Ramiro and Jason came out to fix two issues that were stressing me out. ive been using aaa auger for years now and ramiro / jason will be my go to plumbers (since big fred has left AAA auger). both dudes were excellent and both dudes knew what they were doing - expensive but very fair pricing. they found a copper pipe leak in my ceiling and fixed it and fixed a hose bib outside. 5*. aaa auger please give my guys a bonus. they came to my home in north dallas.

On December 12, 2024, my Rinnai tankless water heater started producing hot water with a two-minute delay and displayed error code 63. I hired an authorized Rinnai Pro shop to inspect it. The technician informed me that the heat exchanger might need to be replaced, which might not worth the cost. Instead, he recommended installing a different brand of tankless water heater.
