My glasses that I purchased from a competitor came unscrewed and fell off while walking. I thought they were unfixable. I came into Walmart Vision Center for help unsure if they were able to help me since I didn’t purchase them from Walmart. Dallas was so helpful and was able to fix them for me. Superior customer service. Needless to say, Walmart vision has my business moving forward.
I went in to get my first glasses prescription and had a pleasant time. The associates were very helpful and answered any questions I had. They helped me pick out and choose the right frames and lense options for me. Virginia was the main associate who helped me when I went in. She answered the questions a first time glasses buyer would have while being very polite, helpful, and friendly in the process. She wasnt the only one who helped me however, the whole team that was there the times I went in was very nice and helped out where they could. It was a good first glasses experience and would recommend.
Walmart Visions 30 day policy has been so helpful with my wrong prescription. I went to them when I felt like my new glasses didn't work right and they suggested I go back to my doctor. I went and my prescription was changed. Went back and got new lenses. I still continued to have a problems with my sunglasses and they said my new glasses are too big and changed them out again. Thank you to Dallas and Dianna for all your amazing help.
