Patients appreciate his ability to promptly address their eye care needs and provide accurate prescriptions. However, some have encountered challenges in scheduling appointments directly with the practice.
Dr. Scott T. Williams was nice enough to work me in on a very busy day. He gave me a quick call when he had a cancellation and I was able to get my much needed eye exam and prescription. He is an experienced and thorough Optometrist and answered all my questions. Thank you very much, Dr Williams.
Was looking for an optometrist. Called this doctor and got a voicemail saying he was with another patient.
So I booked with another doctor. 🤷♀️
Just weird to be directed to leave a name and number for a doctor appointment.
