He was very polite. He listened to our concerns and explained everything very well.
I had questions, and he answered, explained great. And didn't seem like he was bothered by my questions.

Dean was polite and professional but more importantly he actually showed up. The previous Sears technician, scheduled on 05/14, never showed up and then submitted a completion ticket. Dean rapidly assessed the washer and identified multiple issues, communicating with AHS. I was satisfied with his work. Thank you Dean.

I absolutely love the experience with Sears & Brent C. He arrived at the time he said he would & was very thorough in what he needed to do. I would rate higher if I could AND I would use Sears repair services on all my household repair needs if I could. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
