I called Cole Air Conditioning & Appliance Co this morning regarding an error message on the thermostat to one of my heating and cooling units and a technician, Mr. Sloan, was here before lunch and sorted the issue out very quickly(probably his norm after 19 years with the company I believe he mentioned).
