I had a wonderful experience with Cole Air Conditioning! We had been dealing with a recurring AC leak that was causing water spots on our ceiling, and it was finally time to call in the professionals. Cole AC was able to get me on the schedule quickly, fixed the issue so we wouldn’t have to keep worrying about it, and even shared photos of their progress along the way. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was still running well, which I really appreciated. Professional, responsive, and thorough! I would absolutely recommend Cole Air Conditioning!
Cole Air Conditioning replaced our old system and the entire process, from quote, to advance visit, to installation was smooth and trouble-free. The installation team did a great job, including helping us set up the new wifi thermostat for our Trane system.
My HVAC system went out, and I called Cole AC for a quote to replace it. Timothy Neal was my installer. He and Jake did a great job! New system works great, and they cleaned up all the mess really well!
