This cleaners location was chosen because I needed a leather jacket cleaning & button alteration - late winter travel trip to the East coast. While the outcome was favorable, said services are outsourced which can prolong handling time. Yet, I would recommend the location. Just make time allowance for leather dry cleaning services.
It was my first time and after getting use yo the fully self serve experience using the kiosk, I was able to simply drop off and leave. I received notification for pick up and went back to the same kiosk to enter my info - the pick up was automated and I was able to do it in the evening as they are open 24 hours. Very convenient.
The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I needed my dress shirt cleaned and press for a formal event the next day. The receptionist had to call the manager to confirm they could accommodate my request. She called me back and let me know they could and walked me through the process of dropping off the shirt. I received text notification early the next day to let me know my shirt was ready. Pick-up was easy and the price was lower than I expected. The shirt looked brand new and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
