Based on the reviews, Vivo Infusion Arlington has very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. The office is very clean. Everything was explained well and patients were made as comfortable as possible. The nurses are professionally knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable, educated, and have freedom to move around. One nurse used a heat pack to help find a vein for an easier needle insertion. Patients felt taken care of very well and felt comfortable and stress free. One patient had an excellent experience with a warm welcome from the receptionist, who was friendly and made them feel right at home. The doctor was friendly, educated, detailed, and very professional. The nurses were friendly, compassionate, educated, and professional. They offered drinks and snacks and checked vital signs often. One patient noted the room was chilly but a blanket was provided. Another patient felt a little uncomfortable as the receptionist was quite loud and laughing, which felt less professional. Overall, the staff takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable.
