From very first point of contact with Tori at the front desk, to seeing PA, Mimi Pham, and her assistant, Miriam, the whole experience, is beyond excellent. When speaking on the phone with Tori, she is professional and friendly. When I see her in the office, she always has a smile on her face. Miriam, Mimi’s assistant, is knowledgeable and friendly. Her out-going personality makes me feel at ease and comfortable when I get there. PA, Mimi Pham is amazing!! I trust her 100% with all of my skincare needs. My husband and son are also patients. My son and I go here and we receive great Service. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they also take the time to explain everything very well. My son is special needs and they always perfectly accommodate for all his disabilities. Best dermatology office ever!
Referred by my doctor. Pleasant experience easy in and out. My fears were gone as I had a full body exam no worries for now. As I had a few spots of concern. Will do future follow ups to monitor. Very happy very kind and professional.
