If you have thicker 4C/kinky/coils type of hair (love having edges) and your also tenderheaded this is not the salon for you. I would have given more stars since my hair came out beautifully and they accomodated me short notice.. but the professionalism and customer service was not the best. So much of my hair was plucked from my scalp every step of the process detangling, washing, blowout and braiding. I could see, hear and feel the damage. They treated my hair like it was bone straight or permed combing from the roots to the ends with a fine rat tail comb. My experience at Trendy African Braids did not begin well. I was not pleased with the sectioning and the parting of my hair, and I felt disappointed because those details matter when it comes to the overall look and quality of a style.
However, I do believe in acknowledging when someone makes an effort to do the right thing. After expressing my concerns, the shop owner took accountability and worked to make the situation right. That willingness to listen, correct the issue, and prioritize customer satisfaction speaks to character and customer retention.

The guys here are so professional and knows what are they doing,I have been living in Texas Arlington over three months I’ve done my hair in other saloons and finally I find the best one honestly advise you guys the owner did my hair and I was impressed
