Tony was an amazing inspector! He was so detail oriented and very thorough. He spent a lot of time looking at the older house we're under contract with, leaving no stone unturned. From the roof to the crawl space, he checked every system, every corner, and every potential concern with an impressive level of care. He walked us through everything he found in real time, explaining what was a minor issue vs what needed more immediate attention — which was incredibly helpful. His final report was detailed, well-organized, and included photos of every finding. We felt completely informed and confident going into our negotiations.
