Was referred to The Smart Inspector by our realtor to do a one year inspection prior to our homeowner's warranty expiring. Chris came out a did a very thorough inspection and while he did not find any major issues there were several minor things that we would probably not discovered without his help. Inspection was worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Our experience with Mr Ivy was exceptional. His inspection was thorough and his explanation was equally thorough and he made it easy to understand the issues that we encountered.
